　　RE:VOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION OF ZHEJIANG TIANJIE INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD 浙江天杰实业有限公司(the“Company”)

　　The Company hereby gives notice that: (i) the Company is in dissolution; (ii) the date of commencement of the dissolution is 4 February 2016; and (iii) the Liquidator of the Company is LI Yuanhui李渊慧 of No.153, Xiayuan, No.3 Group, Xiayuan Village, Linglong Sub-district, Lin'an City, Zhejiang, P.R. China.
